Please be aware of our our return policy for orders made prior to August 6, 2018:

All items in the clearance page are considered final sale. For everything else, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item WITHIN 30 DAYS after receipt for a full refund (excludes shipping costs). 

If there are any defects with your tool upon receipt, please send an email immediately (within 90 days of receipt) to John@BridgeCityTools.com referencing the order number with a short description and photo of the issue.

Each tool comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item WITHIN 90 DAYS after receipt for a merchandise exchange or full refund (excludes shipping costs). 

We understand better than anyone that woodworkers require their tools to be within a proper calibration and reasonable tolerance, suitable to their needs. 

If your tool has a workmanship defect and it is within one year from the original date of purchase, simply send it to us and we will determine whether to repair or replace the tool, at no charge to you. If your tool does not have a defect or it is more than one year from the purchase date, please contact us at sales@bridgecitytools.com to inquire about how to repair your Bridge City tool purchased after August 6, 2018.
