Drilling Tip:

Postby rwest » Thu Feb 11, 2010 5:59 pm

Hello,

As you may know, Roger has made a commitment to post a new jig or tip every ten days, he is calling it "Tip-10" I decided that this is a worthy goal and "signed on". I was going to have a new jaw/jig to show, but stupid me has been waiting for some supplies, which I never actually ordered, but thought I had! So instead I will post a very simple tip for users of the DJ-1: If you are going to drill a fairly large hole, working up through a few smaller bushing/bit combinations can make for easier drilling with less "chip" ejection problems. There you have it.

I have definetly placed the order and received an email conformation, so if all goes well I should be redeeming myself within ten days!

Thanks, Rutager
