Hi tool collectors. My name is Kathleen McCann, and I am the widow of a woodworker who loved his hand tools. Unfortunately David died very suddenly (and unexpectedly), and I have his financial obligations, and lots of tools that need to find good homes with people who will appreciate them as he did. I am going thru the multitude of hand tools from Bridge City, Lie Nielsen, Veritas, Lee Valley, etc., and making a list, which I will update and post. For now, though, I have gone thru the BCTW items and a list is below. Please note the prices are negotiable, but I am trying to get a fair price, and would appreciate anyone's sage wisdom (and offers!). I live in Northern California, and will ship as needed. I should mention David kept his tools in excellent condition, so they are in near perfect shape. I also have a Gerstner 100th Anniversary American Cherry tool chest, Limited Edition, S/N 118, that needs a good home. All paperwork is there - purchase price $2,195.00, but will consider a reasonable offer. More to come, as I still have the Lie Nielsen, Veritas and other tools to wade through.
