Instructions would be nice....

Postby dsgoen@earthlink.net » Fri Dec 02, 2011 11:24 am

I've been using CAD for years as a crutch to figure angles; that's what computers are for. As such, I've forgotten how to do a lot of thing the mathematical way.

The video is nice, but it doesn’t explain much how to use the AMP v2 and the app to perform functions in its 3 minutes and 41 seconds.

How would I set miter angles for dissimilar stock width for other than 90 degrees? Is the Circumference Calculator just there to be handy, or is there some AMP v2 specific use for it? I’ve more questions, but I think you get the gist.

Just a little cheat sheet would be nice for those of us who are hobbled by many years distant from practicing geometry in the shop.

We will do videos on the AMP app functions in the first quarter of 2012.

Good suggestion.
