The JMP on Display

Postby ForumMFG » Thu Nov 19, 2009 4:31 am

Any chance any of these JMP's will be on display at a show or anywhere for the matter? I think it is a awesome tool and I know I can use it but I am having a hard time justifying the purchase without trying it first.

We will do a couple of the Lie-Nielson Hand Tool Events in 2010, don't know which ones yet...

That said, we have an unconditional 90 day money back after delivery which is nice for our customers.

Of course a trip to the micro-brew capital of America with a side trip to BCTW could be fun...

John/Michael,

On the subject of the thread above, how certain is your visit to the Cerritos Woodworking Event in Southern California on January 29th and 30th (as brought up at the last WIA meet)....... along with Lie-nielsen - (Erika confirmed it last month in an e-mail I sent her, even though it's not in their show list as yet for next year.)

......it is just around the corner & you do need a "new" news event listing in you News folder up top!
:D :D

All that being said, (and if true) will the "order window" for the upgrade still be open at that time? (late Jan -Feb)

I'm very excited about the JMP upgrade - my desire to see it up close has more to do with possible extensions on either the right and left sides in order to facilitate longer stock. So that would mean two sets of upgrades for one JMP. I believe with the bearings as gliders, (rather then the present system) that might work out well. ........and since will only be available once, it's not like I could order it, play with it - and then order another set.

cheers,
roger

Roger;

I have a final prototype that we approved for production. I can send it your way next week to test but we need it back--perhaps you can pen a review?

John,

Will you have a JMP v2 at the Lie-Nielsen event in Chicago?

The JMP is like a puppy dog, it follows him where ever he goes.

And like a dog, the JMP is always happy to see me--and you!

Yes, I will have my sidekick in Chicago.
