Not sure if you have seen what this bozo is up to yet:

I hope there is some type of recourse (legal, etc) that you are able to take.

Now I may be off-base here, but I really despise people like this who take someone else's ideas and try to pawn it off as their own. It shows a complete lack of respect to another person's dedication, hardwork, as well their ingenuity. Obviously, there is no way to reason with someone like this because his morals would be on a completely different level (read his posts on the original LJ thread that you responded too, it turns my stomach). Hopefully, the hard work you have put in to designing and manufacturing your tools is protected somehow.

Just received an email from those that drain us dry (lawyers) and this will unfold positively over time.

Don't worry. Easily said than done, and trust me judging from my email you are not the only one disturbed.

Best left unsaid...
